Smart Digi StoreTerms & Conditions
These terms apply to all purchases on Smart Digi Store (the "Store"), operated by Indrajit Bhattacharjya, India. By buying from the Store you agree to them.
1. Products
All products are digital downloads (PDF, spreadsheet, workflow and other files). No physical item is shipped.
2. Licence
You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the files. You may not resell, share or redistribute the files.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable charges shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
4. Delivery
Download access is given right after successful payment. See our Delivery Policy.
5. No guarantees of results
Educational and software products are tools. Results depend on how you use them. We do not promise any income or specific outcome.
6. Third-party services
Some creator tools need third-party accounts (for example AI or automation services). Any usage charges for those services are paid by you directly to those providers.
7. Liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
