Refund & Cancellation Policy

All products on Smart Digi Store are digital and delivered instantly, so orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed, and sales are generally final.

When we will help

• You were charged twice for the same order — we refund the duplicate charge.
• Payment succeeded but you did not receive your download link — we send your files.
• A file is broken or does not open — we send a working copy.

How to request

Email thebroke2brilliant@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your Razorpay payment ID. We reply within 24–48 hours. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
